Not sure why that irritates me, but it does. There is no more sacred cow in academia than collegiate sports.<BR/><BR/>We need to be exposing our kids to a lot of ambiguous information - literature, history, art... stuff that requires them to figure out what it all means how to see right and wrong as a matter of probability rather than simple binary.
