Thanks for sharing! Love these ideas. How do we get rid of those old ideas and get teachers to move forward in their thinking? My kids have had both kinds of teachers, and it is amazing what they can do when given these kinds of opportunities to learn while doing. It has so much more impact than just filling out a stupid old worksheet.

How? But cutting the "standards" by about two thirds and the number of expensive and unnecessary standardized tests.
