First Friday!

All of us, teachers and students alkie are looking forward to the end of this first week of school. We're happy but tired. It's a big week and a big adjustment for all of us. It's also been hard here in the South with high heat indexes and low air quality which means there's been little outside time for the little ones. Now we can go blow off some steam!

Implementing GTD has made the first week much smoother for me. The stuff I stuck in the tickler file in May was here and I didn't have to scramble for anything. My partner teacher is doing GTD as well, so we're both walking around with our index cards at the ready and it has helped tremendously. It's nice when the people on your team have Ninja powers too.
